Terms of Service

By working with LaunchPoint Solutions, you agree to the following terms. LaunchPoint Solutions provides website design and related digital services. 

LaunchPoint Solutions will begin building your website once all required business details, images, and content are received. Typical turnaround time is five to seven business days, but this may vary depending on client responsiveness and project scope. You agree to provide accurate business information, text, images, branding materials, and timely feedback. Delays in providing content may delay your project.

You are entitled to one round of revisions after the initial website draft. Any additional revisions may require extra charges. The website design includes up to five pages, a contact form, basic SEO structure, and mobile-friendly formatting. Once final payment is received, ownership of the website content and design belongs to you. LaunchPoint Solutions retains the right to showcase the completed website in its portfolio.

LaunchPoint Solutions offers optional hosting and domain management services for a monthly or annual fee. If hosting payment lapses, your site may go offline until payment resumes. You may transfer your site to another hosting provider at any time by requesting the files in writing. All new websites include a one-month maintenance period, which covers minor text or image edits. After the trial, you may continue updates through our Premium Maintenance plan ($150/month, includes domain & hosting) or purchase Domain & Hosting separately ($25/month or $200/year) with optional one-time edits at $20 each.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content and images provided. LaunchPoint Solutions is not responsible for third-party content or copyright violations. We are not liable for business losses, site downtime, hosting interruptions, cyber incidents, or other technical issues outside our control. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for services.
